Linda & Matt´s Catholic Ceremony & Beach Cocktail Party(70 guests)

May 10th, 2008

Linda and Matt celebrated their special day with friends and family.  They began the festivities with a private rehearsal dinner at Ajua Maya the night before their wedding.  Linda and Matt exchanged vows in a Catholic ceremony in front of many friends and family and continued the celebration on the beach with a cocktail party.  The colours of the bridesmaids’ dresses and groomsmens´ suits really reflected the fun and tropical feeling of this wedding!

More amazing than we imagined!

May 9th, 2008

Maartje,
I am sooo sorry I have not gotten back to you!  Things have been crazy since we got back from the wedding.
I wanted to let you know that the wedding was more amazing than we imagined!  Thank you so much for all you did for us!  Our guests were in awe of the Church, the flowers, and just how helpful you all were.  Again, thank you!
I must say Amin and Alejandro (our photographer & videographer) were amazing also.  They were so professional and very artistic.

Our friends who could not attend the wedding saw some of the pictures online and they were so jealous that they were not there.
Again, thank you so much for all you have done for us!  Our wedding was perfect thanks to you!!

When Jeninne and Owen saw the palapa church in Puerto Aventuras, they fell in love with it! They enjoyed their beautiful catholic ceremony at this church. The palm leaves created for a tropical look!

After the ceremony they returned to their hotel for their reception dinner! What a fun they had!

Veronica & Nathan’s Spiritual Ceremony (26 guests)

April 9th, 2008

Veronica and Nathan had been engaged for exactly three years before they tied the knot! They wanted their wedding date to be the same date as the engagement date, so they had to wait a little bit longer!

Veronica had some time to think about what she wanted and planned everything into detail! She even had an enormous table cloth made in the States, to ensure that the color would met her wishes! She has an amazing taste and everything looked absolutely gorgous!

It is always very fun to work at different location and Taninah is absolutely one of a kind! A complex with different condo´s in the middle of the jungle. It even has its own private cenote!

The aztec dance show created for a great ending of a beautiful and special day!

Laura & Todd´s Civil Ceremony (38 attendees)

April 5th, 2008

Laura and Todd decided to get married in a beautiful boutique hotel in Tulum. They actually kept a family tradition going, as Laura´s brother got married in Tulum a couple of years ago. The terrace on the beach was the perfect location for their ceremony.

After a fun cocktail party with mariachis, they enjoyed dinner and dancing inside. The Hava Nagali and the Rock and Roll band really got the party started!

Unfortunately Laura and Todd´s dog Sue could not join them in Tulum, however, the table cards made sure Sue was still present! Laura and Todd had made all kinds of fun pictures of Sue, completely in Mexican style with sombrero and tequila, so she joined the guests on all the tables !!!

Thank you for helping make our wedding so much fun!

March 1st, 2008

Hi Maartje,

Thank you for helping make our wedding so much fun! The weekend was laid back and relaxing — just what we were hoping. The setting at Al Cielo was beautiful, the food was tasty and the drinks were plentiful.  Also, the iPod music seemed to go off without a hitch.  The rehearsal dinner was also a lot of fun.  Our friends and family were very happy with the food and impressed with the friendliness of the staff at Ajua.

Regards,

Jon & Dorrit

Our wedding was perfect!

February 27th, 2008

Maartje,

Wow, what can we say. Our wedding was perfect! It was everything we dreamed of and more. The church was even more beautiful in person and the flowers were exactly what we had asked for. You helped us every step of the way and put us at ease through the stressful times. You made planning a wedding in a place we had never been easy. We are so happy we made the right choice to have a destination wedding and we couldn’t have done it without you.

Thank you soooo much!!!

We had the most fantastic time!

January 27th, 2008

Maartje,

Where do I start. The wedding was fabulous. There is always that bit of fear when you are not directly involved with the touchy feely part of the wedding. We had the most fantastic time. Everything was PERFECT.

You did an outstanding job, we could not have asked for more. The beach was perfect, the cocktail hour was awesome. Our entire family can’t stop talking about it & those that weren’t able to come were jealous. We have great pictures that we have shared which puts everthing into living color.

The walk into town I could not have imagined. It was great & people on the streets knew we were having a ball. The restaurant was awesome & the food was delicious. We loved the entertainment & the FUN things they did. The kids loved dancing with the waiters, it was great. The flowers were beautiful also. We wish it could have gone on for a couple more days.

Marty said it was the best vacation he has ever had because we were able to share it with so many family & friends. IT WAS MORE PERFECT THAN WE COULD HAVE IMAGINED. Thank You for an AWESOME JOB.

Thank You also for the great job on the rehearsal dinner. The restaurant we loved & the food was great also. Everyone had such a GREAT TIME. It was the perfect lead in to a PERFECT WEDDING DAY.

We can’t THANK YOU enough for a FABULOUS JOB. We won’T hesitate to give your name to our family & friends who may be considering a DESTINATION WEDDING.

I’m sure Charlotte & Pat will share pictures with you.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU AGAIN.
